Unimot Express sp. z o.o. – partners that hold an equal shareholding, i.e. 49.75% each in the capital and votes in the parent entity for the Issuer are Adam Władysław Sikorski (nephew of the President of the Management Board Mr Adam Antoni Sikorski) and Zemadon Ltd with its registered office in Nicosia, Cyrus. The remaining minority shareholding that constitutes 0.5% in the share capital and votes in Unimot Express sp. z o.o. holds Mrs Magdalena Sikorska, wife of Mr Adam Antoni Sikorski.
Zemadon Ltd. – 100% of shares in the capital and votes holds the foundation „Family First Foundation” with its registered office in Vaduz, Liechtenstein, controlled by Mr Adam Antoni Sikorski, the beneficiary of which is the family of Mr Adam Antoni Sikorski.
